| All of the drivers from Home Support are
volunteers who are trained and checked by the Home Support staff.
Drivers are instructed on the importance of being courteous
and attentive to your needs and have been asked not to smoke,
play loud music or speed. Drivers are also informed about the
importance of confidentiality of information they receive while
performing a drive. If you have complaints about a particular
drive or driver please call the home support office about your
complaint.
Clients are asked to show the same courtesies to drivers,
as they are a volunteer donating their time.
Clients are asked to be ready at the scheduled times. |
